Amazing experience shopping with the folks from Barn Star. Mom said she wanted color on her porch. Claudia worked with her to find just the right furniture in the right colors. Their prices are the best in the region. And despite all the supply chain issues in the world right now, the chairs were fabricated and available exactly when promised. Really appreciate their business model: buying from small family furniture makers with whom they have an actual relationship. Highly recommend this store!
What a wonderful store and service! We ordered the beautiful furniture from Chris and Claudia and they helped us all along the way. Of course supply issues slowed the manufacturing process but the wait was well worth it. The craftsmanship and quality of these pieces are unparalleled. I have included some photos below for our room still in progress. Thanks for a wonderful experience and carrying only quality items.
We moved down to the area in Nov '21. We were looking for a bed for downstairs apartment. My husband had stopped in this store previously on one of his trips down here and suggested we look for a bed here. Well may I just say that Chris & Claudia, the owners, went out of their way to help us find what we were looking for. We bought a beautiful mission-style, all hard-wood bed and matching nightstand. Over the course of the past several months we also needed to find barstools and media stands. We didn't even bother looking anywhere else because the customer service is so superb and the quality and craftsmanship is so superior to anything you would find in a big-box furniture store. The styles are uniquely distinctive...you will not find styles such as these in other furniture stores. We continue to patronize BarnStar, and I've actually found a few lovely signed numbered prints from local artists as well. I cannot say enough good things about Chris & Claudia & BarnStar Amish furniture. You will NOT be disappointed if you shop here ! I highly recommend this establishment !!

Beautiful furniture, unparalleled craftsmanship. My dining room table will last for many generations and will become a family heirloom. If you are looking for cheap stuff, you won't find it here, but you get what you pay for.

My fiancé and I recently bought a bed frame, I must say the quality of the furniture it absolutely amazing! Everything went together so easily and it was by far the easiest furniture I have put together. The craftsman’s ship of this product is amazing every detail was done perfectly and you can tell it was made by someone who cares! To top this all of we forgot our moving blankets and they gave me some with no hesitation as long as I bring them back. If you are wonder what type of wood or stain you may like they will help you through the whole process to insure that you are getting exactly what you want! I have told my entire family about this place and I look forward to my next purchases.

Dwayne and I love Barn Star Amish furniture with well handmade solid furniture. We have bought 9 pieces of furniture and still plan to buy some more in the near future. We would love buy the whole store- it’s worth to own well made furniture. Chris and Claudia are very helpful and friendly people. The other day We just bought our outdoor furniture. It’s a must have. We found this shop while visiting the area over the holidays. The owners, Chris and Claudia, were very accommodating. They actually gave us a special appointment to come in after hours and were patient, friendly and extremely helpful while we were trying to decide what we wanted. We were very impressed with the quality and workmanship! We will be returning!

We bought several items and were extremely happy with our purchases. We bought a kitchen island/table and it is very good quality. We ordered some stools and they came in in a very timely fashion. We would recommend this store to anyone looking for good , affordable amish furniture. We found the store online and traveled from Roanoke VA. The owners were very nice and went above and beyond to find us the items we wanted.
